Metro to change Route 16 to Route 106, Route 98 to Route 120

On Monday, May 20th, Metro will change the names of two routes. The routes themselves and their schedules will not change: 

• Route 16: The number of this route will change to 106 and will be called the Eppley Connector – the route and schedule will not change. 
• Route 98: The number of this route will change to 120 and will be called the North Park Connector – the route and schedule will not change. 

Routes 16 + 98 are changing in route number and name to make route labels more consistent. Both routes run only during rush hour on weekdays in the city, so Metro staff identified a new route category: Connector. The routes and schedules will not change.
