Free Rides on Election Day
“Providing free transit on Election Day helps us ensure that transportation is not a barrier to participation in the democratic process,” said Metro’s CEO, Lauren Cencic.
Face coverings are required when riding Metro buses, MOBY paratransit vehicles, or visiting Metro facilities.
Metro Identifies New CEO
Metro’s new Chief Executive Officer Lauren Cencic is “eager to listen, learn and get to work.” Cencic replaces Executive Director Curt Simon, who retired after 33 years of service.
