Effective September 12, Capitol Avenue will be closed from 10th to 12th due to crane operations. The closure is scheduled until Sunday, September 15.
Douglas Street remains closed from 10th to 8th Streets, and 8th street from Douglas to Farnam due to the Gene Leahy Mall reconstruction project. The closure will be in effect for two years.
The 13th Street bridge also remains closed from Farnam to Douglas due to bridge removal. The closure will be in effect for one year. During this time, route 13 will operate the following detour:
Northbound: Regular route to 13th & Farnam, west to 15th, north to Douglas, east to 10th, north to Capitol, east to 8th Street, south to Riverfront Drive, east to resume regular route.
The following bus stops will be temporarily out of service: 13th & Farnam SE, 13th & Douglas SE, 10th & Douglas SW, 8th & Douglas SW, 8th & Riverfront Dr SE, 12th & Capitol SW, 10th & Capitol SW.
Customers should use alternate stop locations at: 15th & Farnam NE and 14th & Douglas SW
Southbound: Regular route to 10th & Capitol, south to Dodge, west to 14th, south to resume regular route.
The following bus stops will be temporarily out of service: 10th & Capitol NE, 13th & Capitol NE, 14th & Dodge NW.
Customers should use alternate stop locations at: 12th & Dodge NE  or 14th & Douglas .
